Snow The Leopard – A Parody Handle

Snow Leopard at Bronx Zoo.

The inspiration came from a few sources:

  • I saw that Kartikay a fellow blogger had blog-rolled me as Snow The Leopard
  • The Bronx Zoo Cobra and a few other Parody Animal Handles
  • The news that a Snow Leopard was caught on camera. First time by the Indian Forest Department.

Somehow the above three points inspired me to start a Parody handle on twitter and it is @SnowTheLeopard. You can click on it to visit it.

So anyway, I started this Parody handle, of a fictional character called Snow who is a Snow Leopard. And who recently got caught on the camera and has started tweeting. Will try to make it funny and fun and in between tweet messages about wildlife conservation and need for it’s support. So, the plan is to have fun, joke around and in between the jokes create awareness amongst people. And not just leopard conservation, but all species and jungles.

Looking forward to support from everyone

P.S. My original twitter ID remains and I will use it for personal and not so personal tweets.

🙂 Did think of that, but I would then have to think cute for it. Could try a comic strip on ‘Snow the Cub’ based on the same parody. Lets see how this develops. And did I mention, you have to follow it.
